Quality Report 2025 Published in English

The 2025 quality report for the Finnish National Digital Preservation Services (DPS) is published in English. The report describes the main results of the year 2025 for the DPS, the partner organizations that use the DPS and, in particular, the maintenance of the DPS during 2025. The main objectives of the DPS maintenance are:

• ensure the integrity and availability of archival information packages in preservation,
• monitor the functionality of the service; and
• support organizations in utilizing the DPS services (e.g. fixing invalid or incomplete submission information packages detected during ingest).

The report includes, among other things, data accumulation from 2025, a summary of the monitoring of the DPS, quality deviations in the data preserved during the year, and new features in software development.
